Hotel room rates are quoted in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable provincial and municipal taxes, which includes 13% HST (Harmonized Sales Tax), 4% MAT (Municipal Accommodation Tax), and a 3% Destination Marketing Fee for a total of 20% taxes. Please budget accordingly.
Buyer Room Block & Hotel Rebate Program
Buyers must make room reservations and pay for their stay like other delegates, but at a special rate. After the event, member buyers may submit their room receipts to laura@omca.com for reimbursement.
