Buyers attending the OMCA Marketplace are invited to attend a Vaughan pre-fam on Saturday, November 1st and a Markham pre-fam on Sunday, November 2nd.
Buyers can sign up for the pre-fams in the registration portal or by contacting info@omca.com.
Transportation Details
It is the buyer’s responsibility to make their way to the FAM pickup location. If attending both FAM tours, a shuttle will pick you up from the hotel in Vaughan to attend the Markham FAM tour.
If you require transportation from the airport to your FAM tour location, you can book a private vehicle through our transportation sponsor, Gray Line Toronto, through the shuttle sign up form at https://marketplace.omca.com/airport-shuttles/.
There will be a shuttle for the Markham FAM on Sunday picking buyers up from the Vaughan hotel. If you drove to the Vaughan FAM, then you will need to drive to the Marketplace host hotel for the Markham FAM pickup at 10:00 am; this way your car will be at the hotel for the next 4 days.

November 2nd – Destination Markham Pre-Fam
Markham is Canada’s Global Food City! Discover why Markham is the ultimate destination to eat, play and stay! Experience some of Markham’s best restaurants, attractions (spa & brewery included) and hotels! We will start our FAM with an optional Dim Sum breakfast at 9:00am and end our FAM with an optional seafood dinner at 6:15pm.
- 8:15 am – Pickup at Springhill Suites by Marriott Toronto Vaughan
- This pickup is for buyers attending the Vaughan pre-FAM who do not have transportation to get to the Marketplace venue
- 8:45 am – 1st pickup from Hilton Toronto/Markham Suites (Marketplace venue)
- For buyers attending the optional dim sum breakfast
- 10:15 am – Final Pick up at the Hilton Toronto/Markham Suites (Marketplace venue)
- For buyers who opted out of breakfast
- 10:15 am-6:30 pm – FAM TOUR of MARKHAM
- 6:30 pm – Drop off at the Hilton Toronto/Markham Suites
- For buyers opting out of dinner
- 6:15 pm-7:45 pm – Optional seafood dinner
- 7:45 pm – final drop off at the Hilton Toronto/Markham Suites (Marketplace venue)
Sunday night stay will be included.
