We have expanded our event beyond membership and welcome non-members to register and experience the benefits of our unique show. Non-member registrations do not receive the member discount, cannot participate in the buyer hotel rebate program, and can have only one representative per company. More details are available below:

Buyer Registration

All Buyers (Group Tour Operators) attend Marketplace for FREE*, however, members receive additional monetary benefits outlined in the Buyer Incentive Program. Buyer registration includes a full appointment schedule, access to breakfasts, all-delegate lunches and evening events.

FREE Registration is dependent on the following conditions:

• Buyers must complete or update their online profile (available at the time of registration).
• Appointment-taking delegates must take a full set of appointments with a minimum of 95 appointments over the 2-day live marketplace

Member registrations require all OMCA 2025 membership dues to be paid.

If the above requirements are not met, Buyers will be charged a $350 fee.

Member Seller Pricing

To register with member pricing, all OMCA 2025 membership dues must be paid.

A Seller is a tourism supplier who sells products or services to group tour operators. Common examples include destinations, attractions, tour services and accommodations.

Canadian Member Seller Taking Appointments

If the company is not taking appointments but qualifies as a supplier, this price also applies to the first delegate registered.

Canadian Member Additional Seller Delegate

This delegate can sit in on the appointments of the primary delegate.

U.S. Member Seller Taking Appointments

If the company is not taking appointments but qualifies as a supplier, this price also applies to the first delegate registered.

Coach Op and P&S registrations are charged in the currency of the company address on file.

Coach Operator w/ Appointments

Motor Coach Operators who wish to sit in appointments with the Group Tour Operators as well as attend the educational sessions, networking events, and meals.

Motor Coach Operators who wish to attend the educational sessions, networking events, and meals. This registration does not include appointments with the tour operators.
