Depending on the type of business you represent, there are a few different ways to get involved at OMCA Marketplace.
Take Appointments
This option is for the tour planners and tourism suppliers*
Tour Operators who plan and package group travel are the OMCA Buyers who take appointments with OMCA Sellers, including destinations, accommodations, attractions, receptive operators, and restaurants who offer their services to motor coach groups. If you fall into either of these categories, you may register to take appointments either as an OMCA member or a non-member.
*Coach operators who want to promote their charter services to tour operators may also take appointments
Local Showcase
This option is for local tourism suppliers in the Markham/Vaughan area who aren’t ready for the full Marketplace investment.
For 60 minutes on Monday, November 3rd, local tourism businesses will have a chance to showcase their destination in a trade show format. Each Local Showcase exhibitor will have a table to display their product and engage OMCA tour operators/buyers as they make their way through the room.
Booths are $200 each and if you find there are valuable connections to be made, you will save $200 on a 2026 OMCA Membership.
Connections Cafe
This option is for travel agents who want to learn more about group offerings
On November 4th & 5th, there will be an area in the suppliers lounge reserved for travel agents who want to learn more about group offerings in North America. Select one of the 2-hour time slots to meet with suppliers in an open-flow trade show format.
Artisan Market
This is an opportunity to showcase the local talent of this year’s host destination
On November 4th & 5th, local artisans will have an opportunity to sell their product to 400+ delegates in the travel industry from Canada and the United States. Whether you create jewelry, snacks, art, candles, clothing, or some other kind of creative design – this is a chance to show off the talent of the Markham/Vaughan/GTA.
At only $100/day, this is a low-cost opportunity to sell your product and spread your brand awareness.
Attend Without Appointments
This option is for anyone who wants to engage in all the exciting happenings at OMCA Marketplace, without being an appointment-taking delegate
Whether you are a coach operator, products & service supplier, tourism supplier, or curious cat – you can register to attend the full Marketplace event without a set of appointments. You can enjoy the meals, educational sessions, artisan market, receptions, and networking without the structured appointment schedule.
